It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) is dedicated to helping older adults realize the full benefits of adaptive technology. iN2L integrates hardware, software, and adaptive components necessary to allow anyone to use our products engagingly and with minimal frustration. The system is built on a picture-based, touch-screen interface that allows users to simply “touch” their way to find engaging, educational, spiritual, and personalized content that is appropriate to their level of cognitive and physical ability. From using e-mail and web cams to connect with family and friends, to enjoying mind-stimulating activities, to improving hand-eye coordination as part of a rehabilitation program, elders with a wide range of physical and cognitive abilities are now enjoying technology using systems adapted especially for them. iN2L’s systems are currently installed in more than 2000 senior living communities.

The Opportunity:
The Training Specialist delivers a variety of iN2L standardized training courses, both on-site and web-based, that leads the customer on a pathway of success for optimizing the use of the It’s Never 2 Late computer system. The training program is focused on ‘training the trainers’, which often includes activity staff, therapists, and the management team in senior living facilities.
This position includes up to 80 percent overnight travel within the United States.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate training courses both on-site and web-based.
Setup and install iN2L system(s) for on-site trainings.
Design curriculum as needed by product, subject, and customer.
Create a wide-variety of instructional materials based on customer needs.
Coordinate travel arrangements while remaining budget-conscious.
Assesses customer needs to recognize ways in which they can better utilize iN2L.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to organize time and work independently and effectively.
Strong motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to use a variety of training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably with emphasis in education, communications, customer service or technology-related background.
Prefer 2+ years in senior living industry, gerontology, etc. and/or 3-5 years training or education experience.

This job also requires these additional abilities:
o Ability to lift 50+lbs
o Ability to learn how to operate basic tools
o Ability to stand for up to five hours at a time
o Ability to travel outside of the state on a weekly basis

This position will be based in Centennial, Colorado. No relocation assistance available.
