Ms. Lamb is an owner of Good Day Pharmacy with 12 locations in Colorado. She practices as a consultant pharmacist and currently works with seniors along the Front Range including assisted living and Medicare D recipients in all settings. She is certified in Medication Therapy Management. Ms. Lamb has practiced as a consultant pharmacist for 30 years in a broad range of setting including long term care, assisted living, hospice, IV therapy, pain management, and behavior management.
Mindy Whitworth has worked within the healthcare industry for the past 14 years within business development, public relations and sales. She is currently the Corporate Director of Marketing and Sales for Bethesda Senior Living where she oversees the public relations and sales programs for 17 Communities.
Dan has worked in a variety of long term care settings including skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living. Dan is currently in the position of Regional Director of Marketing for Life Care Centers of America's Pikes Peak Region. He oversees the sales and marketing programs of the nine buildings in Southern Colorado and New Mexico. In all his positions Dan has prided himself on building solid relationships with a variety of referral sources which have led to census gains in all the buildings he has worked. He believes strongly in skilled nursing and assisted livings having solid working relationships to mutually benefit each other's census and business outcomes.
Margaret Ray is the founder and director of (CEU) Consulting and Education Unlimited.
She has had many years of experience serving the elderly in Acute Care, in Assisted Living, in Home Health Care, in Long-Term-Care, and in other Health Care Settings. Ms. Ray currently provides both education and consultation services for numerous health care providers and other clients and agencies. Margaret also provides workshops and seminars throughout the state of Colorado and Nationally.
Pamela D Wilson
Pamela Wilson has worked in the field of aging and healthcare for the past eleven years. She is owner of “The Care Navigator” and host of the radio program “The Caring Generation” on 630 AM KHOW Sundays from 10AM-12PM. She is a speaker, writer and expert on the issues of caregiving and life transitions. She helps older adults and their children evaluate care decisions allowing informed choices to be made. She is a certified guardian, certified senior advisor, certified gerontologist, and holds a masters degree from Colorado State University and a Bachelors from the University of Nebraska.
Accomplished government relations professional with a proven ability to develop and implement effective lobbying programs and strategies that enhance the strategic objectives and financial goals of associations and businesses. Lobbying and government affairs expert in applying innovative concepts to advocacy programs that produce political, legislative and regulatory results.
Respected advocacy leader with a proven ability to build highly-motivated advocacy teams that are focused on achieving long-term strategic goals. Experienced professional with a passion for advocacy program development, essential for building a strong politically-affiliated associations or small business!
Pam currently holds the position of Vice President-Psychological Services for Pinon Management. She brings over 13 years of experience as a clinical social worker and clinical leader in Long Term Care, psychiatric (inpatient and outpatient) and hospice settings. She is currently responsible for all psychosocial operations and consulting contracts for Pinon Management. Pam is also currently participating in an Administrators Training Program to obtain a Nursing Home License.
Pam obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work from Worden School of Service at our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. Pam is licensed as a clinical Master’s level Social Worker and holds Certificate in Professional Mediation from the University of Denver. She is a past member of the Toastmaster organization and is a certified instructor of Crisis Prevention Management. She is also an Eden Associate.
Dr John Sherman
John Sherman is a physician in El Paso, TX and has had his own practice for 40 years. He and his wife Sue began traveling to Mexico’s rural parts and delivering medical care to people who didnt have access to health care. This developed into Christian Hands in Action. CHA and the work expanded world wide. His private practice has included participating in every form of surgery, 5,000 deliveries, UH care and 50 to 70 patients a day. He has been on the board of American Physicians and Surgeons.
Certifications: BA, EMT, FFII, CFEII, ICC Fire Inspector, CFPS. Robert has been involved with buildings and building systems for more than 15 years.
“I practice the art of medicine. There are so many factors in caring for the elderly. It’s not just about test results, and you can’t just go by the book. So I look for the subtle things that might improve a patient’s quality of life.”
Dr. Rasquinha loves to share her passion for geriatric medicine and aging by speaking on senior health topics to various organizations. And, a big proponent of both fitness and play, she generously donates Wii video games to nursing homes. Thanks to Dr. Rasquinha, residents can enjoy playing golf, bowling, and other active games on the Wii together. Even those confined to wheelchairs and demented patients, she explains, can participate in some games and benefit.
Dr. Rasquinha graduated from Bangalore University in India, served her residency and internship at Bergen Pines County Hospital in Paramus, NJ, and completed fellowships in clinical nutrition and geriatrics. She has a diverse background in administrative medicine, long term care, and office practice. She became an Associate Medical Director for Senior Care in 2010.
After recovering from a heart transplant on New Year's Eve of 2007, I decided that the best contribution to enhance seniors' lifestyles across America would be to share my experience and successful track record with those who serve seniors in Senior Living communities across the country.
Rick began his career in residential real estate after graduating from UTEP in El Paso, Texas in 1973. In 1977, after 4 years of successful real estate sales at one of the leading Realtors in El Paso, he founded Hunsicker & Hunsicker, Inc. Realtors. This company grew to become the 3rd largest Realtor in El Paso.
In July 2001, he was recruited by Greystone Communities as a Vice President of Marketing. His role was to help Greystone reorganize and grow its Marketing Department. After two years of significant growth, he was promoted to Corporate Vice President of Marketing. During his time there, Greystone's communities grew from about 30 to over 60 active client accounts.
In January 2007, his heart condition forced him to leave Greystone and wait for a heart transplant. After about 11 months of waiting for the new heart, it finally came on New Year's Eve of 2007. He had a year to ponder his future after the transplant. His dream of forming Hunsicker Consulting became a reality.
Now, he is here to serve you with a new strong heart, and the wisdom and experience of over 25 years in Senior Living sales, marketing, and customer service. He has worked with over 150 communities and is here to help in any way he can.
Having struggled with Dyslexia his whole life, Jason proudly graduated from Texas A&M with a double major in Kinesiology and Business and an impressive 3.8 GPA and is currently working on his Masters degree in Christian Leadership through Louisiana Baptist University. This is just one example of all that his "over-comer" has achieved.
Raised in Wichita Falls, Texas in a broken home, plagued by bullies and negativity for his weight and dyslexia, Jason learned early in life that obstacles are present all around. He decided, as young as 12, that he was going to choose to fight rather than give in and thus began his journey as an "over-comer".
For well over a decade, Jason has been a leader in the print publication/advertising industry. He and his wife Jennifer took a step of faith in 2009 by launching Trinity Publishing LLC.
Coupled with his intuitive insight for business, Jason brings to the table an inspiring enthusiasm for self-improvement and success. Jason's passion is to influence effective change in both business and the personal lives of those around him. What motivates him most is to see something, or someone, transformed.
