An immediate opportunity exists for a seasoned senior housing operations professional at Metzler Memory Care, a 48 unit provider of memory care in Castle Rock, CO. As our Executive Director, the selected service-oriented individual will successfully oversee and manage the day to day operation of this community. Responsibilities include: hiring, training, managing and motivating the management staff and employees, effectively managing the community's budget and cash flow, and ensuring resident satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality of product in accordance with established operational standards and state regulations.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or related field and a minimum of 4+ years related Executive Director experience. Colorado Assisted Living Administrator certification also required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment required. Proven track record in creating, building, leading and motivating teams a must. Strong preference will be given to leaders who can effectively manage the business while ensuring excellent service and quality care.
