Executive Director for Castle Country Assisted Living, Inc.
Castle Country Assisted Living (CCAL) is seeking an experienced Executive Director (ED). We are located in rapidly growing Douglas County, on the beautiful front range of Colorado. We are a 501c3 non-profit corporation with 2 houses in Castle Rock and 1 in Parker, serving 61 residents. The ED reports to the Board of Directors. He or she will provide leadership and direction for all facility operations to ensure exceptional resident care in accordance with all state regulations, laws and CCAL policies, as well as have a firm understanding of financial reports so as to manage budget and monitor financial reports.
Work history that demonstrates the ability to lead, supervise and manage assisted living homes.
Colorado Administrator Training for Assisted Living Certificate
A warm, compassionate and outgoing personality
Ability to lead and foster teamwork in managers and care staff
A strong knowledge of the needs of assisted living residents
A willingness to become part of the community and serve on local and state organization committees
Excellent Communication and Mediation Skills
Integrity in all matters
Provide leadership for the company and employees
Oversee safety, care, and joy of the residents entrusted to CCAL’s care
Oversee the financial wellbeing of the company together with the Board Financial Committee
Know and demonstrate by your actions, the CCAL core values
Keeping your knowledge of state regulations and industry standards updated
Oversee all inspections, certification updates, and surveys
