The Company:
It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) is dedicated to helping older adults realize the full benefits of adaptive technology. iN2L integrates hardware, software, and adaptive components necessary to allow anyone to use our products engagingly and with minimal frustration. The system is built on a picture-based, touch-screen interface that allows users to simply “touch” their way to find engaging, educational, spiritual, and personalized content that is appropriate to their level of cognitive and physical ability. From using e-mail and web cams to connect with family and friends, to enjoying mind-stimulating activities, to improving hand-eye coordination as part of a rehabilitation program, elders with a wide range of physical and cognitive abilities are now enjoying technology using systems adapted especially for them. iN2L’s systems are currently installed in more than 1500 senior living communities.

The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Content Project Manager, the specialist researches and evaluates content ideas, creates iN2L content, assists with the content update process, and manages our content partner relationships. Content Specialist Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Research new content, content ideas and resources for availability, cost and feasibility.
Create basic content such as trivia questions, slideshows, etc.
Create supporting documents for content updates.
Collect and track all supporting documentation and files for content.
Identify and evaluate potential content partners, 3rd party vendors and subcontractors.
Provide product testing of new content and features.
Prepare summary of usage data and provides reports to team and content partners.
Manage customer blog site.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned within the Content Department, including participating in the planning process to determine contents of each release, and working with the development, sales, trainers and quality assurance teams.

Requirements:
At least 3 years applicable experience, preferably in the senior living industry.
Knowledge of the senior industry including customer needs and expectations is highly desired.
Experience using various software programs including Excel, Word and the ability to learn new applications as needed.
Ability and desire to learn new technology and skills
Ability to work within a team, experience with cross functional teams, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, comfortable with and enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new things.
Able to lift 25 pounds.
